Stop Trafficking of People Now (STOPNOW) is a project managed by the Centre of Research and Action on Peace (KEDE). The goal of STOPNOW is to confront and combat human trafficking, specifically the trafficking of women and children for the purposes of sexual and economic exploitation.
STOPNOW is engaged in anti-trafficking activities in Greece and other countries such as Albania, Ukraine and Georgia.
ACT UP (Aids Coalition to Unleash Power)-Greece was established in 1993 and from 2000 is a member of ΤΑΜΡΕΡ, European Network for HIV/STI Prevention and Health Promotion among Migrant Sex Workers. ACT UP also worked on legal program for the rights of migrants, sexual workers and victims of trafficking(femmigration.net).
